Support
Get back to your workspace.
Use your account to manage each computer license. For help, email support@chattium.com from your account email. Never send passwords, card details or your full license key.
Activation and codes
Create a free computer license in your account, copy its key into Chattium, and enter the activation code sent to that email. Account sign-in uses a separate six-digit code. Use the latest email, check spam and request another code when the cooldown ends. A shared trial starts only at successful first activation.
Moving to another computer
Release the current computer in Chattium or your account before activating the replacement. One license covers one computer; transfers preserve trial and paid expiration and are limited to once every 30 days. Releasing a computer does not cancel its subscription.
If the old computer is lost, broken or inaccessible, contact support from your account email. Support can reset the assignment with a recorded reason. An offline computer’s already issued authorization remains valid until its signed expiry; lifetime authorizations have no expiry.
Trial, renewal and failed payment
Each account has one shared 72-hour trial. No card is required by default. A card-required offer requires hosted subscription authorization before activation. Each additional paid computer needs its own explicit checkout consent.
Subscriptions and renewals are $49 USD per year per computer, plus applicable tax shown by Managed Payments at checkout. Use Manage billing in your account to review invoices, update payment details or cancel renewal. Cancellation preserves the current expiration and does not release a computer. Refunds and access revocation are separate actions.
When access expires, normal app functionality stops. After payment succeeds, choose Check renewal in Chattium while online to obtain renewed authorization. Check the computer clock if Chattium reports a clock error.
Your data and privacy
Your local data remains yours. Unlocked encrypted profile export stays available when your subscription expires. Account sign-in and support remain available.
Computer-linked usage and reliability summaries are enabled by default. Turn them off for that computer at Settings → Misc → Privacy & analytics. Opt-out clears unsent summaries and stops future collection; previously uploaded aggregates are retained indefinitely. License validation and billing are unaffected. See our Privacy Policy.
