Manage billing.

Enter your computer license key and verify the code emailed to its purchaser. You can update your payment method, pay an outstanding invoice, or cancel future billing in Stripe. If your subscription was fully canceled and has expired, this opens a secure checkout to renew the same license for $49/year, with no new trial. You confirm payment before being charged.

After a renewal

In Chattium, choose Check renewal to confirm payment and update this computer’s authorization. Canceling prevents future billing; access ends when the current trial or paid term expires.

Moving to another computer?

Use Release this computer in Chattium. This frees the computer license and preserves its end date. Releasing does not cancel billing. If you cannot access the old computer, contact support.

Lost your purchase email or key? Contact support from your purchaser email. Complimentary perpetual beta licenses have no billing subscription.
